Thank you for being so supportive! We had a great time cleaning up the water tank on Island View Drive and taking care of our water source!
We are helping our neighbor!
About Us
Rocky Point Heights Neighborhood

Rocky Point Heights is located on the northwest side of Camano Island, just up the hill from the Huntington Store. Ours is a small, quiet community with a fantastic view of the Saratoga Passage. As a result, we have a unique combination of rural life, access to larger metropolitan areas, and a stunning view, especially at sunset (When neighbors are considerate and keep trees and hedges trimmed). As with all of Camano, we rely on aquifers created by the receding glaciers in the last ice age. Our wells and storage facilities are held jointly (Combined Water) with Brentwood, an adjoining neighborhood to the east. Our incorporated homeowner's association-- Rocky Point Heights Community Club -- manages our common interests, including the water distribution system and restrictive covenants.
