Traits of a Good Board Member
Almost all developments have an HOA, which bears the responsibility to operate, repair, replace, and maintain the development’s common areas, such as those owned in common by all the development’s homeowners. Most HOAs are nonprofit corporations; when you buy a home in a planned community, you automatically become a member of its HOA. RPHCC HOA is run by a board of a small number of RPHCC HOA members who are elected by a vote of the other RPHCC HOA members.
Thank you in advance for your participation and commitment to volunteer.
Thank you for reading about volunteering! As residents of this community, you (the homeowner) have the power to take charge of our surroundings by maintaining and beautifying your yards and taking care of the trees and bushes. I'm looking forward to our next conversation!
